Exchanges & Refunds – Faulty, Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We carefully check every product before shipping, but sometimes things go wrong.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect item, let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
Items that have been played with, used, or reported after this timeframe are not eligible for exchange or refund.
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will replace it with the same product if available. If not, we’ll issue a refund, including shipping costs.
If a part of your order is missing, we will send the missing item or issue a refund if it’s unavailable.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be returned in the condition it was received, with all original parts and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For faulty items where the issue isn’t immediately clear, we may consult the manufacturer to determine whether it falls within normal product variations.
We’ll cover return shipping costs for incorrect, faulty, or damaged items and will provide instructions on how to send them back. Please don’t return items without contacting us first.
Lost-in-TransitItems
Orders sent within Australia are not considered lost until three weeks after shipment. If an order goes missing, we will launch an investigation with the courier before issuing a refund or replacement. International orders are sent without tracking or insurance unless otherwise stated. Tradie Roo cannot be held responsible for missing international orders.
Change of MindReturns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Tradie Roo gear, but if you change your mind, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions
We cannot offer returns or exchanges for:- Custom orders- Discounted or sale items- Items purchased as part of a giveaway or competition- Items shipped outside of Australia
Restocking &Shipping Fees
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.- The original shipping cost (including for ‘free shipping’ orders) will be deducted from your refund.- You’ll need to cover return shipping costs, and we recommend using tracked postage, as we’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns.- For exchanges, additional shipping charges apply. Free shipping does not apply to exchanges due to a change of mind.
How to Request a Returnor Exchange
- Contact us via our website or email before sending anything back.- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the next steps.- If a refund is approved, we’ll process it within 7 calendar days (plus up to 3 extra days for bank processing).
